Created out of a palace from the early 20th century, the 35 rooms here feature wooden floors that complement the carefully chosen furniture well. This is an affable location in the center of Venice Mestre which features such popular attractions as Toniolo Theater, a wide variety of Italian restaurants, and easy access to the historic city center via public transport. There is a comfortable terrace located onsite which many guests use for people-watching while enjoying some of Italy�s famous fresh coffees or perhaps a cup of cocoa. Because it is not right in the center of all the sites, the prices charged for lodging at this and many other locations in the area are dramatically less than staying in the heart of Venice. However, guests will find that reaching these areas is painless, quick, and cheap.

From the railway station of Mestre:
when you exit from the station of VENEZIA-MESTRE, cross the road and take bus line number 2. You get off the bus when you are at the bus-stop near the hospital of Mestre, on foot, you can then go on to Piazza Ferretto and to the hotel, where you'll be in few minutes. The bus-tickets costs Euro 1,00 per person. It takes not more than 10 minutes. If you take a taxi you need to ask for Piazza Ferretto and in 5 minutes you'll be at the rear side of the hotel.
From the airport of Venice:
by public conveyance you need to take bus line number 15 and get off the bus when you are at the bus-stop near the hospital of Mestre (it will take about 15 minutes). On foot, you can then go on to Piazza Ferretto and to the hotel, where you'll be in few minutes. The bus-tickets costs Euro 1,00 per person. If you take a taxi you need to ask for Piazza Ferretto and in 5minutes you'll be at the rear side of the hotel. You will spend from Euro 15,00 to Euro 25,00.
By car:
once you leave the toll road, continue on the "tangenziale" or ring road and exit at Via Castellana; then follow the signs to the hospital. Continue to the crossroads and, at the stoplight, turn left (Via Carducci). Then, turn left (Via Olivi) and left again (Via Poerio), where you will find the entrance to Piazza Ferretto on your right. The hotel staff will give you precise instructions for parking your car.
