Good hotel if you want to be away from the noise. Room was nice and clean. Nothing around Sant Elena. Everything is at San marco. Venice is over hyped but you would want to see it once!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Plan your departure in advance. The water taxis to the train station are not frequent. Leave early

The room is relatively large with fair condition. However, it is far from city so need to take water buses. Staffs are good and helpful. Especially, breakfast is super impressive.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in recently and could not fault it for anything. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. Our room was large and contained everything you could want from a hotel room. The buffet breakfast was expansive and full of great food. They even had a barista to make coffee if you didnt fancy the percolated type.
In addition to this, the location was perfect for those who want to get a real venice experience. Nestle near the end of an island within a residential area, it was such a joy to escape the tourist filled areas and escape to normality.
Walking to St Marks square is about 20 mins and the ferry is just across the park for those who prefer to travel that way.
I would reccommend this hotel to anyone wanting to have a perfect venice experience.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a charming local restaurant about a five minute walk from hotel. I cant remember the name, but ask the concierge and they will tell you.

Restaurant Tip:
The hotel has a restaurant in it. However, it does not open for dinner every night. So check in advance whether it's open or not if you plan to have dinner there. On Wednesday afternoon, the food shops in Sant'Elena are closed. There are couple of restaurants in Sant'Elena which serve good seafood with very reasonable price.

A very nice hotel, so nice that we extended our stay by one additional day. Friendly staff, free wifi, modern room, foreign tv channels, clean and relaxing feeling bathroom.
Confortable bed and pillows.
Very big offering at breakfast... best way to start the day.
All in all, the perfect choice for our honeymoon.
Restaurant Tip:
Avoid the restaurant around san marco square, its pricy, busy and service is rude and unpersonal. Head to Arsenal for nice alfresco lunch/diners at half the price and with a service with a smile.

La habitación y todo lo que había en ella, GENIAL, eso sí, el servicio, como buenos italianos que son, UNOS BORDES! O la palabra que definia mejor es Engreidos. Supongo que no me imaginé un caracter en general así, por lo que es algo que considero como un importante punto negativo
