inconvenience for luggages, small shower area
This is the very good budget hotel if you would like to stay in the heart of Venice. The hotel have almost of basic needed for budget traveller. Only one thing that you have to aware of is the hotel reception is located on the 3rd floor without elevator and guest room is in the same floor and upper. If you have only back pack is OK.

This hotel lies only 2 minutes walk from the oldest bridge of Venice, Ponte Riato. It hides behind an ancient square with an old well in the middle of the square and behind some nice restaruants and bars. Personal are very friendly although the breakfast is really very basic. In the 3 nights we stayed, they even did't borther to change or add anything new on the table. However, with the price we paid, it perhasp is the best you can get in Venice. Take water bus line 1 or 2 and get off at Riato is the closest way finding the hotel if you arrive with lots of luggage. With the charm of Venice, you don't borther too much about the breakfast after a while...
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : turn to the left when you get out from the hotel and pass by some unknow bridges, you will arrive to an old church which is now used as a hospital. Very fancinating encounter.
