Good first impressions, nice hall, people on reception-desk, intresting decorating room, clean bathroom small room, many rooms have view on nearest building When we arrived - it was very easyto find our hotel. we found hotel for 10 min from parking. beatiful hall on the reception, cool air after road under sun - impressed us much. Stuff was very friendly! we returnd in the hotel about 23:00. Very silent were inside. Very good for travelleres with children.

Rooms nice but smaller, breakfast good (but without Chesse). From Venezia Santa Lucia railway station to the hotel to walk a very long bridge, and bridges are the ladder, so with a large piece of luggage of passengers inconvenient. Walk from the hotel Basilica die San Marco take about 30 minutes.

location in the heart of the city easy access to highly qualified personnel waiting too long at the check out (30min) because the check in and out were the same desk This magnificent hotel located in the heart of Venice is very easy to find when we arrived on the island. Indeed, it is only 10 minutes walking to the bus station, which suited us well because we took the bus from the airport up to Venice. Just follow the Grand Canal on the right side and you find it. The staff adapts to your language, which greatly facilitates trade with the hotel. Further, as happened a day of heavy rain and has not provided the umbrella, be aware that the hotel can provide one, and boots, which is very useful in the floods.
