the location is fantastic, in the heart of Venice- at few steps from St.Marco square, people at the reception and the guy carrying the luggage have been helpful and nice
the room and the bathroom were very small, "essential" I would say
I was surprised to end up in such a small room within a four star hotel, but I think that price was just a standard accommodation in Venice. Apart of this, people were nice and the location was perfectly convenient, both facing on the water (with the "gondole" visible from the room window) and extremely close to St. Marco square.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : From the hotel one reaches in few steps St. Marco square and ponte dei sospiri - the best of Venice. Close to there, one may easily take boats to quickly go to the islands in front of the square - San Giorgio and Giudecca, very nice to visit too.

Very well located Home and perfect service Breakfast room very correct on channel driven by the base gondola room on quiet street
Hotel with charm, very nice and conveniently located, Piazza San Marco, a small canal. The staff is friendly and efficient service is in all respects. The breakfast is very correct, complete (but no chocolate!). The rooms are a bit cramped, a little too well especially for a stay a little longer. The bathrooms are in contrast very well.
