We were there for one night. The room was comfortable and clean. Our breakfast was at the "Belle Arti" hotel, which seems like a nice hotel, but the personnel there is pretty rude. The woman serving the coffee was yelling at some kids to take just one piece of bread, so that it would be enough for everybody. The breakfast was generally poor, they served juice and coffee mixed with water.

Poor facilities n many mosquitoes

This value for this level really doesn't worth although I know hotels r expensive in Venice. Room is not very clean, very small n have many mosquitoes (I got 2x bites!) . Wifi needs to be paid n can only be able to be used in the lobby of next hotel (where u check in), too bad.

Clean, quiet, close to city centre, a bit far from train station but close to Academia vaporetto stop, so very accessible
Nice staff, wonderful buffet breakfast that is served in the sister-hotel opposite which has a beautiful garden seating area.
When we were there, there was a free excursion in the mornings to the island of Murano by water taxi where we watched glass making
However there is a charge for internet and it is only accessible in the sister hotel's lobby opposite.
Air conditioning was not very strong

super location very close to the bus stop, very clean and beautiful view from the window. the staff was very helpful and very nice. the breakfast was quite tasty although very early in the morning. lots of fruits and good range of pastry. i got an upper floor room the way i always want, nonsmoking and very quiet. shops just opposite of the street and very conveniently located, with good quality products, very easy to find, i recommend this hotel to all the people who want to stay in a quiet and nice place.

Huge Room and Not a Bad Location

We had difficulty locating the hotel because the address does not have a street name. When we finally arrive at the hotel, there was a bit of confusion as the check-in was actually at another hotel opposite ours. The room was very big and clean but the air-con was not working well. Breakfast was alright, not much variety but great coffee machine. The staff was ok, not unfriendly. All in all, it was not a bad hotel but it was certainly an affordable one compared to so many overpriced ones in Venice.

Excellente situation (juste à côté des galeries de l'Accademia et des Zattere). Chambre climatisée bien décorée et très calme. Petit déjeuner buffet très correct dans un cadre agréable.

Séjour très agréable et reposant. L'hôtel est très bien situé, au pied du pont de l'Accademia, deux stations de vaporetto à deux pas. Tous les lieux intéressants de Venise sont facilement joignables à pied ou en bateau.
