location, convenient, good bus connection to & from the airport, also from the city of Venice.
Nice residential area with shops around. Nice refubrished rooms, great breakfast
Waiting for the bus can be annoying and the trip lasts 20 - 40 mins.
Generally very nice hotel, value for money, clean, nice location, helpfull staff. I recomment it...

The hotel is conveniently located near Marco Polo airport. The staff was very helpful and congenial answering all of our questions and requests. The breakfasts were more than satisfactory and abundant.
As in most European smaller hotels, B&B's, etc. the showers are very small and difficult to get into and out. Otherwise we found the hotel a place we would consider using again.
When we arrived, we were warmly greeted and were immediately registered. We did have to take our own luggage to the room, but it was a minor inconvenience. All our questions were favorably answered. The location is very convenient to the Venice airport and they will shuttle you there in plenty of time to get your flight. There is no pick up at the airport but a bus from there stops in front of the hotel.
Travel tip : The restaurant the staff recommended was excellent. Easily 50 different kinds of pizzas and excellently prepaid entrees.
