Nice little rooms in the heart of Venice (San Marco)
For 4 star, the breakfast is much too small
Prepare yourself with indicating the position of the house in a map. Even prepared in such a way it is not easy to find the hotel as a pedestrian.
Probably easier take a boat (taxi). The Hotel has direct access to the channels.
Remarkable are the Concierges. In this hotel they are proud to give you some advice for nice Restaurants or how to get easiest to where ever you want.
The hotel is conveniently situated only short way from the Piazza San Marco (some 5Minutes to walk).
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If staying in Venice consider a ACTV ticket for the time. Often it is difficult to cross the channels. 1 time using costs 6.50EUR!

Very close to St Marks Square, just behind the Theatre La Fenice.
Friendly, attentive staff.
All comforts.
Cosy yet refined atmosphere.
Beautiful room in traditional, classic decor and new bathroom features with a good shower and bath.
Although staff were friendly, not all the information was comprehensive e.g. that fog would cause a change in the vaporetto timetables and routes. That there were several options for getting to the airport apart from the expensive hotel taxi, or the vaporetto from St Marks stop.
Very impressed with what we got for the price, with such a well presented hotel, in a very central location. The staff were very attentive when asked, although sometimes lacked breadth of information to cater for all needs. Overall an excellent choice for a very comfortable and stylish break in Venice.
Restaurant Tip : For a friendly local and unpretentious, affordable restaurant only a stone's throw away try the Vino Vino restaurant.
