Honest staff, good bed, good bar staff, good restaurant, great location. Very clean, great views to canal, would highly reccommend.
After returning from a cruise we stayed a few days here. When we left my wife left all her jewellery in the room. The very honest staff found it, carefully packed it up and posted it. It all arrived without any damage. Great place to stay, great location, walk to everything, very handy. Would definitely recommend. Great bar staff, everyone spoke good english, loved it, would return.
Shopping Tip : If you take the 5 euro lovely taxi boat trip to Murano, be aware that you will be met by staff from a glass blowing company and high pressured into buying glass which you can buy cheaper in Venice and then it will cost 100 Euro to return...bit of a con.

Very beautiful view overlooking the river nice. Walking distance to tourist has.
If you have a room not adjacent sea. Views may not nice player.
This beautiful hotel very good atmosphere, delicious food nearby viewpoint. And also within walking distance to attractions, are easily the boat around Venice is a beautiful view. Not travel far. For the car to come from. Or from the airport.

Excellent care and all staff at the hotel. Excelente atencion Kindness and availability of all members of the staff of the hotel perfect location
It is an attractive hotel that is not needed renovation and new furnishings.
Be delighted by the attention of hotel staff kindness and service provision was something truly extraordinary. The hotel's location is perfect because of its proximity to Piazza San Marco. What I am not so happy is the aesthetics of the hotel in general I think need more attention in the area of the decoration and especially the rooms which I found recently graceful addition to the mattresses of the beds are very hard, very old pillows and bedding in very poor taste and poor quality, adding that the rooms seemed dark.
