The hotel is located a few minutes away from Rialto waterbus stop. I just stayed for one night and I can say my room was quite small. It was the smallest room on the hotel if I looked at the hotel emergency layout. Other than that, everything else is perfect. Room is clean and uniquely design. Bathroom was spotless and breakfast was wonderful. Staff is friendly and helpful as well as spoken well English. Location is nice, near the centre of Venice.

Rooms small but nicely decorated in Venetian style, provided they obtain one of those listed on the site (the hotel offers a room immediately with the setting is irrelevant, only the level 2 *) Breakfast rich in a small room rather nice.
The need to negotiate the level of the room upon arrival. For the hotel, standard room \u003d Economic Chamber. Obviously, all rooms have been restored to the standard of Venice and must therefore be wary of surprises.
In addition to initial difficulties reported earlier (but you can ruin a vacation in Venice that you want romance in principle) a very good base for visiting Venice. The hotel is at the center of San Marco district, halfway between the Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco. A nearby recommend the hotel to the "bistro in Venice" which offers a very good level of Italian gastronomy.
Nightlife Tip : An evening in the San Paulo is recommended for its tranquility, the authenticity of their homes and small restaurants at the turn lanes. The nightlife of the Piazza San Marco, without compromising the beauty of the site is incomparable to start a little cliche, unfortunately for tourists.
