Average hotel for the price hotel... But then it's Venice where rooms are expensive. Waited for checkin as there was only 1 staff working- front office n running the bar. Checkin was quick once attended. Staff was helpful with info. Location wise - it's a half hour bus ride the Venice city itself, 10 mins to the Mestre train station. Otherwise, just a 3 mins walk to the bus stop.
Spacious room with basic amenities. Internet not free though I tot I remembered reading there's free wifi at public area...

Very friendly and helpful staff at reception including nighttime staff, easy access to Venice by public bus.

The hotel is not worth its **** by international standards, but it's got all the basics for a day trip to Venice for a reasonable price. There is a bus stop about 50 m from the hotel and it takes only about 20 min to get to Venice. Also, it offers car parking with CCTV at the back for EUR 12 which seems to be ok for the Venice area. The downside was that it offers no WIFI in the room - if you want to get online you have to do so in the lobby and still pay EUR 4 per hour.

It was perfect. I don't have enough nice things to say about the room. And the location is nice if you want to do a bit of shopping as well.near to train station.

the hotel is located well out of venice a forty minute bus ride.we found the room well appointed.the food at the restaurant is very good if not a little expensive for buffet style.we enjoyed our stay,
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
catch the bus to st lucia it is cheap but buy your ticket from the hotel or tobbaconist or you will pay double.

The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom could have been cleaner but room was very clean. Hotplate and cutlery and crockery available if you wanted to cook a meal yourself. Staff well informed spoke English and very helpful.Metro station right next door and quite a good restuarant next door on the other side

Hotel is in a good location but it is a bit too far to town.
its 20 mins to the jetty for getting to the venice island.
Food is good. gondola rides is pleasant but quite expensive.
Its about euros 100 per ride.
