we loved our stay here. Because it so close to the vaparetto stop it meant that we had our luggage at the hotel within a minute of docking. Breakfast of healthy food in a pretty sunny garden was delightful

We chose this hotel based on recommendation from my friend and its great location. We were able to take the Aliguana from the airport to the hotel door step, but getting to the cruise terminal with our luggage required a water taxi that costed EUR80 for a 15 min ride.

One of the best hotel we stayed in while travelling all over Europe. Its location is so perfect . The staff are super friendly and nice. Love our room because its just above the bakery/kitchen, so every morning we wake up with the sweet smell of freshly baked breads, loved it!!

Lovely hotel, upgrade even better.
Clean, lovely decor - marble tiled floors etc, good breakfast included.Fantastic location.

As soon as we arrived they told us we were being upgraded at no extra charge to the front room on the top floor which has a
20m long balcony-the whole width of the building, directly overlooking the Grand Canal.St Angelo vaporetto stop is right outside the entrance which is obviously very convenient.Overall
hotel exceeded my expectations.Only complaint-room too hot at25
degrees.Can only be altered by reception.
Travel tip:
Late February is a good time of year to visit Venice.Not too crowded, hotel prices reasonable, weather bearable.

the room we stayed in was of a good size and clean and comfortable. however it was a bit cold with the tiled floors, especially when no slippers were provided. staff were willing to help and there is a good choice for breakfast.
