Comfortable, well equipped room. Attractive surroundings within hotel. Generally friendly staff.

Public areas near front door were not very warm, but it was freezing outside!

Sofitel is a reliable chain, and this hotel was no exception. Slightly indifferent welcome from night receptionist, but otherwise staff were very friendly. Quiet hotel despite easy access to all transport facilities.

Shopping Tip : The Coop behind Piazza le Roma is excellent value for food and drink souvenirs.
