Steps away from the Ponte dei Tre Archi, this 18th Century building has been restored in a rich palazzo style. Fronting the canal in a pleasant residential area, the Tre Archi Hotel is a 15-minute walk from Santa Lucia train station and close to bars and restaurants. Travelers are treated to romantic charm-filled rooms adorned with period furnishings and frilly valances, some with views of the canal and some with balconies that overlook the garden. For getting around Venice, there�s a Vaporetto stop by the door or guests can stroll the distance to Rialto Bridge in around 15 minutes. For sweeping views of the lagoon and to watch the boats whizz by, Fondamente Nuove is only 100 meters away.

The staff is kind. The living place is clear and pretty even though it is small, especially the balcony and garden is beautiful. The location is near the bus station.
The time for breakfast is quite late at 8 am, not suitable for all nationalities (for myself, 7 am is breakfast time); no lift...terrible to take the luggages from ground floor to second floor.
The staff at the hotel is kind and speak fluent English so they can understand our needs; The living place is clear, tidy and pretty even though it's small. Especially the balcony and garden is beautiful. The location is near the bus station so it easily to bring the luggages from rail station to hotel.
The time for breakfast is quite late 8 a.m. so it is not suitable for all nationalities (such as British or myself, 7 am is breakfast time); no lift that is unbelievable – it is terrible to us to take the luggages from ground floor to second floor.
Hotel Feature Tip : Indicate your request for ground floor during booking if you know you will bring some heavy luggage.
