Clean and quiet. Great Shower!
The hotel delivered exactly what I expected. It was clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful and polite. It was reasonably priced. The hotel provided a decent continental breakfast. Very close to the train station (Mogliano Veneto). The hotel is situated about twenty minutes by train from Venezia S. Lucia, costing 1.80 one way. Reception provided a train schedule, which was a great help. The shower was great, well needed after a long day touring Venice. BBC is the only english channel provided. I got charged the price I reserved online, there were no dubious, mystery add ons and surcharges which sometimes appear at checkout. The hotel was comparable to any four star hotel that I've previously stayed in. There were no surprises at all. After reading various reviews I knew what to expect and I got it. Knowing the restrictions of the hotel, particularly its location, I planned around it. The hotel was simply a nice place to have a peaceful sleep and have a decent breakfast before I spent my day enjoying Venice.
Travel tip : If arriving by train: Cross under the platform to get to the station side, don't leave the station. Walk to the end of the platform as if walking toward Venice. Continue walking past the platform onto the dirt path, an exit will eventually appear on your left (you'll notice the walls around this exit have been spray painted light blue). Walk out onto the road, continue walking straight ahead until you notice the carriages on the property to your left. The hotel is less than a minute walk from the exit. It is a group of three buildings. Everything else is pretty straight forward from this point.

This hotel is located 20 minutes from the Santa Lucia offers excellent value for money. you'll be pampered in a setting worthy of the finest luxury hotels. Ideally located near the train station Mogliano Venetto (at the end of docks on the left towards Venice) you'll have all of Venice at your fingertips
Travel tip : in venice do not hesitate to take a pass 24-h transport is more economical when you consider that 1 hour of vaporreto is 6euros 30 (and 1 pm you will not go away)

comfortable home near transportation silence
attention not to the wrong station / hotel is located in Mogliano Veneto, not a MESTRE VE (ca save you like me to walk 6km without finding. The fact that it is 20 km from Venice n ' is not a handicap because there are regular train throughout the day from 5am until 23:45 (last departure from Venice Santa Lucia). A hotel of great class!
