it has a beautiful garden and the room is big and nice. Location is a little difficult to find, but just because of it,I came to Mogliano, a place not far to Venice, which made a good memory to me. It is a very good village hotel, and when you came here, you will find it not far while very convenient to Venice. The staffs in the hotels are very kind. The room is bigger than the other hotels and also the garden of it is beautiful. Also the restaurants nearby are very good and cheap , the dessert shops are also very nice.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The restanrants nearby are very good and you can ask the staffs in the hotel to suggest you some good ones.

Clean and quiet. Great Shower! The hotel delivered exactly what I expected. It was clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful and polite. It was reasonably priced. The hotel provided a decent continental breakfast. Very close to the train station (Mogliano Veneto). The hotel is situated about twenty minutes by train from Venezia S. Lucia, costing 1.80 one way. Reception provided a train schedule, which was a great help. The shower was great, well needed after a long day touring Venice. BBC is the only english channel provided. I got charged the price I reserved online, there were no dubious, mystery add ons and surcharges which sometimes appear at checkout. The hotel was comparable to any four star hotel that I've previously stayed in. There were no surprises at all. After reading various reviews I knew what to expect and I got it. Knowing the restrictions of the hotel, particularly its location, I planned around it. The hotel was simply a nice place to have a peaceful sleep and have a decent breakfast before I spent my day enjoying Venice.
Travel tip : If arriving by train: Cross under the platform to get to the station side, don't leave the station. Walk to the end of the platform as if walking toward Venice. Continue walking past the platform onto the dirt path, an exit will eventually appear on your left (you'll notice the walls around this exit have been spray painted light blue). Walk out onto the road, continue walking straight ahead until you notice the carriages on the property to your left. The hotel is less than a minute walk from the exit. It is a group of three buildings. Everything else is pretty straight forward from this point.

Quiet little suburb of tourists in Venice. Must go by train or bus to the center of Venice. Few minutes away from the center of Venice, in Venice at the same price泊Maremasen. Is very quiet courtyard.
Restaurant Tip : It is safe to eat the way back to the hotel in downtown Venice, so there is more than a restaurant.
