Price, Location close to train stop.
The staff are so keen to keep this place clean they forget to rinse after bleach cleaning. I felt like Gulliver in the dinning room, It was tiny.
We love Venice and would stay in shoe box in order to afford be in the midle of things... So we did. We took the double bed room with a shared bathroom. It was clean and comfortable and while expensive compared to other cities the cost was less then most others in Venice. I left some clothes sitting on the floor in the bathroom while showering, this bleached them badly. The Hotel Manager was not able to compensate.
