Rita P. Business travelers Hungary, April 08, 2013	I do not recommend to anyone. Breakfast and Serena the staff at the breakfast. was really friendly, the driver and the night staff (man) was friendly and helpful 3.7 I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is situated far away from Verona and the staff is not flexible to transport the people from and to the city. The taxi is min.. In our hotel room was no heating and no hot water than they changed our room to a really noisy one so we could not sleep. The front desk staff was extremely unfriendly( the girls.) They were unfriendly and they were not able to solve the problems. The room was very expensive. If you are planning to go to Vinitaly it is not the hotel for you. they do not have free wifi anywhere in the hotel.They do not have iron just ironing service and you have to pay for it. I have a very bad experience with the hotel.

Couples January 22, 2011	Lovely Hotel and good Service Food and Service 8 stay at hotel montemezzi was quiet pleasant and the hotel is good. the rooms are comfortable a little small but good. cleanliness is there and the service is nice. it is close to the main city areas and you have means of transportation easily available.
