Very cozy but far from Valetta
Very homy , nice style , specious room@ bathroom , good services , helpfull concierge
8.7
Enjoyable stay. Bit far from Valleta. If you want to attend events over there, taxi ride will cost u 20eur one way.
The only big disadvantage is chargeable WiFi with some registration steps to be taken .
Funny climate control in rooms. If temperature +21C is preset ,first it will reach hot + 25C and then it will be cooling down by +20C. It took me few days to find temperature of my comfort
Travel tip:
Having booked hip on off bus trip , don't wait a pick up from the hotel doors , walk to the bus stop, it's just around the corner. Otherwise u can miss the closest ride

Nice hotel with kind staff
restaurant is great and location is excellent.
2.7
While the weather at this time was not ideal, I had a very comfortable stay in Malta, due to some extent that I chose this hotel despite it was expensive compared to other hotels. This hotel is located very strategically, i.e. to supermarket, some restaurants(including the Japanese ones), and the casino. The hotel staff was very friendly and I was allowed to stay until 2:30 in the afternoon on the last day because my pick-up at the hotel was around that time. So I recommend this hotel to my colleagues and friends, and hope to come back to it with my daughter next time.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The restaurant by the swimming pool offers the buffet dinner on Saturday, which is excellent in terms of a variety of foods. The bar at the hotel is also very nice featuring jazz music at night.

Typical Hilton Experience
Good service, very comfortable bed, lovely sea views, nice food
7.3
On the whole the service is very good, however a couple of moments let down the usual Hilton five star standard:
1. Our welcome at reception was not the warmest and i do not expect to be asked whether I would like my bags to be taken to the room (this should be done without question in a five star establishment, especially in this case where the room was miles away from reception).
2. The concierge was not the best help and was actually engaged in conversation with another member of staff whilst thrusting bus tickets into our hands.
3. While dining at the poolside restaurant, one of waiters just dumped a bread basket on our table as he was walking past, which seemed a little odd if not rude.
Apart from these instances, the service was very good, particularly at the hotel restaurants where the it was at the level you would expect from a five star hotel. The quality and presentation of the food was also very good. I would have liked to have seen a little more of a selection at breakfast. I also found the Blue Elephant restaurant a little disappointing. Excited by the rave reviews I had read, I had high expectations - the service did not disappoint and was exceptional, the food was tasty, however I had expected more and left feeling more like i had just eaten at my local Chinese or Indian. The food was very tasty but uninspiring.
Our favourite evening and most romantic dining experience by far was the posh BBQ night at Gazebo restaurant, where the food, candlelight setting by the pool and live music was exceptional and a definite highlight of our holiday.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Hire a car and get out and see the islands - Valletta and Mdina as beautiful places to wander around. If you are looking for pristine beaches, then maybe this isn't the place for you. We really struggled to find powder white sand amongst the rocky, rugged landscape that clings to the coastline. At last we arrived at stunning Mellieha with its paradisiacal sand and dreamy shallow turquoise waters, only to find it strewn with umbrellas and tainted by burger stands. Not my idea of paradise!

Beautiful hotel and good service
set on a promontory the hotel occupies a scenic position which puts you in the right place to enjoy all water sports from jet skiing to parasailing. Gorgeous pools well maintained.
9.7
loved the five days i spent at the malta hilton with my teenage daughter. she loves the water and spent her time swimming in the pools and the ocean as well as jet skiing and swimming with dolphins! an easy bus ride to valletta, the location was brilliant and the facilities first class. the staff were warm and eager to help.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Swimming with dolphins was amazing! 120 euros and a ten minute drive from the hotel at the Mediterraneo Marine.

Nice hotel with very good breakfast. I was there 4 days and enjoyed every moment, but the service at the pool can sometimes be a bit slow when ordering. But everything else was very good!
