Great Location for Embassy and Very Helpful Staff
location is close to the embassy, staff will help with any question

We needed several things that could be difficult to obtain in a foreign country, but the staff helped us with each of them. Imagine finding Ukrainian Health Insurance at your hotel! The staff helped us find a place to get passport photos, helped us with bus schedules, and helped us find our way around town.
Restaurant Tip:
Andy's Pizza is a great place to enjoy a good meal at a decent price.

Great location for Ukrainian Embassy
Staff was very friendly and helpful, English spoken, internet worked

we were pleased with the room, the bed was comfortable, the shower worked (but leaked a little). the staff arranged a taxi to the bus station for us. the staff had no problem with english, which was helpful. the location of the hotel was excellent for us since we had business at the ukrainian embassy. otherwise the location was not ideal, i.e. - for sightseeing (though there is a nice park a moderate walk from the hotel), banks, stores, downtown area, etc. the internet worked well, although not very strong in the room. breakfast was ok, not the usual fare for westerners.
