The Hotel was great. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Food was great and always fresh. Rooms were a very good size with beautiful balcony.

Not a 4 star inside (a 2 star) but nice outdoor

probably the worste hotel i have been. first they accept a credit card and then, at the check-out, demand payment in cash probably not paying taxes. the manager is a liar and a very rude person, if you don't pay again in cash(even if you paid by credit card via internet) she call police or private security. no rules in the hotel, some rooms without windows and without conditioners. go back!
Hotel Feature Tip:
better in camping that in hotel gloria. do not get married here, they say that disappear dishes and ask for payment without invoice. hotel administered very poorly, go back!

da parte della direzione dell'albergo bbiamo avuto un pessimo trattamento. per motivi ancora non chiari, in 5 italiani in viaggio di nozze di amici ci e' stato chiesto di pagare la seconda volta il soggiorno- al rientro tramite agenzia agoda si e' riusciti ad ottenere il rimborso- si trattava di viaggio di nozze e lo stesso trattamento negativo e' stato effettuato anche per gli sposi. commento : inaudito.
