good location but that is all.............

Located in the nicest shopping street of Amsterdam this small family run 2 star hotel has just 11 rooms. The rooms are not modern but ok as far as cleanliness.
No AC is tough in the summer.
Your room key is also the door key from the outside.
The hotel front desk located next door.
There is no elevator so if you are on the 3rd floor, it is a long way up with suitcases.
Nightlife Tip:
within walking distance of all the nightlife at Leidse square.
Good access to trams 2,5 as well.

Great location but extremely dirty
Good location, close to tram stop and on popular street

Hotel room was extremely dirty. Unable to open windows. Had private facilities but shared toilet/shower was outside of our room so we could hear people using these all night long. Very overpriced for what we got

The hotel has a great location, near to museus and public transportation. The room is clean. The brakfast is regular. Amsterdam is a expensive city, but in my opinior the price for this hotel could be better.
