location in relatively quiet part of Amsterdam, but city centre easily accesible using public transport

We stayed 2 nights after Xmas. Staff was friendly, but we expected more of a four/five star hotel. The room was very small, with an old fashioned TV. Use of internet/wifi not included in rate. Even for toll-free phonenumbers, we had to pay! Temperature control in room was bad.

バスタブがあり、私にはとてもくつろげました。インターネットの速度には問題はありませんでしたが、1時間おきに一旦通信が切れて接続をやり直さなくてはいけなかったので、とても不便だった。エアコンの動作音が風量を上げるごとに大きくなった。温度は十分でした。5つ星ですが、お手軽価格で、それ相応のな5つ星と言ったところです。

호텔료 정산이 매끄럽지 못하였음
애초에 아고라로 17일 21일을 예약하였음
의도는 암스텔담 날짜로 일요일, 수요일을 예약하려고 하였으나, 날짜 선택 잘 못으로 그리 하였음
실제로 일요일 수요일을 묵었고 수요일 호텔비를 현장에서 지불하였음
17일, 21일 것은 아고라 통하여 지불하여서인지 영수증을 주지 않고, 20일 것은 카드로 긁으로 하여 긁었으나
이에 대한 설명이 부족하였음
