Never expected a hotel stay to be this bad
Room was spacious, window over looking main road

The hotel lobby is gloomy and not welcoming. We had to climb up 3 flights of winding and narrow stairs to our room. Room was spacious but with minimum facilities. We never expect to be told to bring our own garbage down to the hotel lobby. The word hotel in its name is deceiving. I requested an early breakfast when checking in and was told ok but next day when we checked out 730am,the reception answered he was not informed and so we only had coffee/tea with nothing to eat. Bad communication among staff.
