Overall the stay was within expectations and my group was satisfied with the overall layout and design of the room. The hotel is quite strategically located in the heart of Amsterdam City Centre with Amsterdam Centraal station located within 10 to 15 minutes walk. Tram is exactly in front of the hotel. Would recommend the hotel to any group of 2-3pax as it is quite an excellent place to stay.

Great location. Only about 10 minutes walk from the main train station. Very central with about 10 minutes walk to the main square and shopping area.
Breakfast was adequate (continental breakfast). Please take note that internet is chargeable.
If possible, request for a room behind as the rooms in front are pretty noisy with the traffic and trams early in the morning.

Cold but good

The hotel was very clean and nicely presented. Being in a good location for the Central Station and the no#4 tram up to the Rai.
The room was on the small side but adequate. It was however nicely decorated and lit.
My only gripes would be that the TV was set so high up it was only watchable by lying flat on your back in bed and the room was quite cold at night.
However the amazing shower more than compensated for that. I will stay here again.
Restaurant Tip:
On the street behind the hotel there is an Indian restaurant called Massala - well worth a visit. Cheap but excellent food.

By tram: Take tram 1, 2, 5,13 or 17 from Central Station and get out at the first stop. The hotel is behind the buildings you will face when you get off the tram
