Families with older children Philippines, May 21, 2013	comfortable rooms but too clinical near train station and friendly staff 6.7 The hotel is very near the central train, tram and bus stations. However, it has not reflected amsterdam's culture. I found homey, comfortable and safe hotels in the streets across double tree for half the price.

Couples Malaysia, May 13, 2013	Bad experience, incompetent staffs Good location 6 Paid for two nights due to early check-in but that did not helped as I should have booked directly as hotel staff initially could not locate the booking. Then, they said the room was no show as was not done directly with them. Luggage was not sent up and went down to check and hotel staff apologised for forgetting. This is not Hilton standards to me.

Directions
From Schipol Airport Amsterdam: At the end of the A4, take the exit A10 in a westerly direction to Centrum/Zaandam. Next take exit IJmuiden and merge to transformatorweg/S102 to the Centre (3.1 km). Follow the road to Westerkeersluisbrug/S100 (1.2 km) .Before the bridge, turn right at the traffic lights on to the Houtmankade. Turn left at the second traffic onto William Bridge and then left again at the first traffic lights. Next take the first traffic light rights and continue on towards to the Prins Hendrikkade. At the sixth set of lights, turn left onto the bridge towards Oosterdokskade. Turn right. The hotel’s main entrance is 500m along Oosterdokskade.
