Overall good. Only notice they failed to replenish drinks daily & did not change all towels for one day only.
We hate the queen sized bed which is more like single bed!

the location is great, easy to get to amsterdam's attraction, yet not noisy..

I was welcomed with a beautiful smile and warm cookie. Nothing will beat this. The room was spacious, huge bathroom but I suspect I got a room for the disabled. haha. Not that I am complaining. Location is also great, 5 minutes walk to main attractions.. will go back definitely.

Near central station just 5 mins walk
Nice location just 5 mins walk from central station which is very convenient for us. The perfomance of the front dest staff are outstanding. Very nice and helpful. iMac for TV and computer.
