The hotel is very near the central train, tram and bus stations. However, it has not reflected amsterdam's culture. I found homey, comfortable and safe hotels in the streets across double tree for half the price.

Bad experience, incompetent staffs

Paid for two nights due to early check-in but that did not helped as I should have booked directly as hotel staff initially could not locate the booking. Then, they said the room was no show as was not done directly with them. Luggage was not sent up and went down to check and hotel staff apologised for forgetting.
This is not Hilton standards to me.

Overall good. Only notice they failed to replenish drinks daily & did not change all towels for one day only.
We hate the queen sized bed which is more like single bed!
