Konum olarak şehir merkezine çok yakın, rahat, kahvaltısı güzel, sessiz bir oteldi. Her yere yürüyerek ulaşmak mümkündü. Otel çevresinde çok sayıda restoran, cafe ve alışveriş olanakları vardı. Personel oldukça güleryüzlü ve problemleri çözmekte ustaydılar. Otelin hemen yakınında tramway istasyonu oldugu icin merkez istasyona ulaşmak çok kolaydı. Bu şekilde havaalanına kolayca gitmek de mümkün. Özetle, gayet olumlu özellikleri olan bir oteldi.
