in centre of night spots and tourist area
very near to centre of Amsterdam

found very easy to access to public transport and access to tourist spots by walking. However the surrounding area is not very pleasant. Felt not safe in that area.

this hotel is an easy walk from central station. the staff were very friendly and the rooms were simple, but nice. the only downside is if you are on the bottom floor, you can hear people running up and down the stairs. it is very central to all the downtown action. some good restaurants and pubs located very close by.

Hotel is in the central area of Amsterdam, 10mins walk from Amsterdam Centraal, Many cafes and restaurant around the areas.
Generally a good clean good service hotel, however rooms are small.

Great location that near the train station and nightlife area.

we are couple that went for our second honeymoon, this hotel is good as the location is near the train station, within 5 mins walk. the room is clean and new, but it is a bit too small. we even have difficulties to put our big luggage. the hotel is at the red light district , it is good for those solo traveler, youngster, friends in a group whom like to hangout at the bar until late at night. it won't be suitable for family with young kids.
the view from our room is great, it oversees the riverside and the busy street that right opposite.
Nightlife Tip:
All the bars and pubs open till very late at night, it is walking distance back to hotel.

It is very closed to red light district and convenient with all the stores nearby. It was a bit noisy at the mid night sometimes. The hotel has too many interlink staircase which may cause issue if you have a number of luggage to carry.

have 2 days to spare after my bussiness trip to Germany. Decided to explore Amsterdam. Search the net and book Hotel CC. It is the only one with room available. The reviews were mixed. I decided to try anyway. Booked through Agoda. Not expecting very much. On arrival checked into the hotel. Greeted by friendly staff. The room were small as commented but really nice and clean. Location right in the centre of action. My best 2 days stay! Convenient location and well connected by road, rail and by air. Higly recommended.
Hotel Feature Tip:
ask for room facing the water front.
