I think it is overpriced for what the hotel has to offer. No lift and you have to use the winding staircase. Watch out if you have heavy luggage. We are lucky that hotel agreed to put us on 1st floor.

Clean hotel close to public transport

The breakfast was expensive with not much selection. Much better to get one's own and supplement it with the free coffee. 5 minutes from tram stop. Easy access from Amsterdam Centraal and to nearby sights. Not many restaurants nearby so best to eat before returning. Quiet area so no problems sleeping at night. Beds were comfortable, bathroom clean and ample hot water for showers. No kettle/amenities in room.
