clean hotel spacious foyer and nice steam spa area.
Staff not at all friendly and distant.more interested in the needs of tour parties
Found the hotel nice enough but staff booked our return trip to the airport by taxi instead of the shuttle that we had already paid for After telling them three times we required the pre paid shuttle service, so on arrival at the airport we paid again for transport and recieved no appology.Will stay closer to town next time in a friendlier place.Hotel room was nice though and ammenities were of a good standard.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Hire a pushbike and ride to city centre

As we arrived there were no parking places and we have to park nearly 500 meters away. There are no reserved places for guests. The restaurant and its service is terrible. First we have to wait 20 minutes to order. As we get our starter, 2 minutes later the waiter came and want to serve the main dinner. As I told him that we are not finished yet, he said he will come back in 5 minutes... !!! The meal was cold and very expensive.
