the hotel is just opposite the Central Station and walking distance to all the attractions. The gentleman at the reception was very friendly and helpful with the Wifi connection. Room is very small and reaching the top floor there is no elevator only stairs. But for sleeping it is very ok. Breakfast is good and friendly lady.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
not only for sightseeing but also the nightlife and shopping centre is close by. More important is that coming from Schiphol the hotel is very easy to reach from Central Station.

The hotel is located within walking distance from the central railway station. However, for travellers with heavy luggages, do note that you will need to navigate a short flight of stairs to reach the lobby reception, and three doors before you can reach the elevator. Separately, the staff at the breakfast counter deserves my special mention for their friendly and hospitable service.

Easily accessible
Breakfast was good and the lady at the cafeteria serve with such enthusiasm that it brightens up your day...
No free wifi at this hotel though and for those with bulky suitcase, you will need to manage this in small confined corridors.

Average hotel, poor service

Inefficient, rude check in that booked me into a room on the top floor. For some reason the lift only goes to the second from top floor so I had to drag my 30kg suitcase up a flight of stairs. No help offered at all. Wifi was charged at an extra extortionate rate. Room was average. The location is good, very central, walking distance from the train station. Check out went a little better and they had no issue watching my bag for an extra few hours while I waited for my connecting flight.

Comfortable Hotel
Near the train station and Damrak, easy to get tour and also for shopping.

it was very good , the hotel is small but quite comfortable. nice clean room and a good bathroom. the breakfast was nice.
Travel tip:
it is near the station no need to use a taxi from the airport just use the train for 4.5 euro. walking distance from the train station.

close walking distance to central station, bathtub

within walking distance and direct view of central station. bathtub is a blessing after lots of walking in amsterdam. bathroom is clean. bed is soft. pillow is thin. has air-con so really good in summer months. internet cost euro10 for 24 hours accumulatively.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Hotel is not in the red light district. Less noisy. Yet not too far out of the attractions. Good for 2-3 days short visit.

location is just in fron of railway station. Reception staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was small but sufficient for 1 person. Bed was good as was the view.
