The restaurant is handicapped accessible, has 26 free parking places, the capacity to serve up to 55 people at a time, the possibility to reserve halls for special occasions, and all kinds of credit cards are accepted. Had three different rooms before we had one that suited. First two were small and dark, second was too noisy. Third one was reasonable.
Didn't appreciate price going up during stay despite pre booking online.

Just opposite central station.
Beautiful internally.
The location was great as it is right opposite the central station. We were given an upgrade as the room we were initially allocated hadn't been cleaned. They were very accommodating. There are loads of places to eat near the hotel and a small convenience shop next door. Just opposite there is the tourist board and we booked our tickets for Ann Franks house there. It's better to buy them there as then you don't need to queue up when you get there you can just walk straight through. I would stay here again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Buy any tickets opposite the hotel at the tourist board.

Conveniently located in Amsterdam, near the railway station. Breakfast is very good, exceptionally good.
I received a very small room. The bed was a narrow single bed, although I asked to get a kingsizebed. Reception very rude on the hospitality. Sad when a 5-star hotel meets its customers in this way. I have lived there previously and had good room but this time I was very disappointed. So disappointed that the next time I will choose one of the other 5 star hotels in Amsterdam city center. Cleanliness was not the best. When I got so low that a cigarette butt in a corner of the bathroom. I let it remain where it was present during my entire stay. Bad.
