Nice hotel and highly accessible to almost everywhere as it is located in the heart of Amsterdam. Surrounded with lots and lots of coffee shops and restaurants.
Nightlife Tip:
within walking distance from the hotel to the red light district.

Great Location, didn't live up to expectations

i have visited ams many times and always promised myself a stay in the grand.
staff venue and location was brilliant but wasn't great value for money. room was clean and tidy but not as good as expected.
early check in from trans aisa flight went from 8am to 3pm.
but overall you cannot beat the location.
