Impressed with the convenience of transportation to the hotel, there were so many shops around hotel easy to find food. Hotel is located in the heart of amsterdam so easy to get to the attractions in a walking distance.

We had a great stay at NH Schiller. The location can't be beat. It is close to restaurants, public transportation, and tourist stops. Our room was comfortable and clean, and decently-sized. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Centrally located, tram stop at doorstep, walking distance to most attractions.

Room smelt of smoke even though non-smoking, a bit noisy due to proximity to nightspots, but stay was pleasant and staff was helpful in trying to solve problems, and accommodating and helpful.

The location of the hotel is good, the tram stop just at the door. It is also closed to the centre of Amsterdam-Dam.
The floor of the hotel is too old that makes every step noisy. The wall is very think too. We are awaked by the those nextdoor since 2am for an hour in the midnight when they walked and talked on the corridor.
Although the wifi is free, it is slow and required registration every 24 hours.

I went to Amsterdam as a solo traveler following a business trip. Previously stayed around the area so my target was to find a hotel at Rembrandt square. The hotel's location is very good but the property is slightly old. Overall stay is good.

I think the Hotel is overrated,we did not like our first room upgraded to a better room.Order Room service one night food terrible the worst Pizza I have ever eaten.I will not stay there again.

OK hotel, great location, but this means noise well into the night. Wifi very slow, TV didn't work. Comfortable bed, friendly staff. Most likely would not stay here again, just due to the street noise, not really the traffic, more the party goers out all night. Easy walk to Dam Square.
