Situated in the scenic Business Park Schipol-Rijk, Radissson SAS Airport Hotel is ideal for travelers on a stopover. The hotel is just ten minutes from the airport by free shuttle bus and 30 minutes drive from Amsterdam city center. Accommodation is provided by 279 rooms and suites, decorated with contemporary furnishings and fitted with modern amenities like air conditioning and wireless internet access. There are two restaurants, which between them serve a wide range of Dutch and international dishes, along with a relaxed lounge bar. Guests can use RS Plexus fitness center, which also has sauna, massage and steam baths.

The hotel staff is very friendly and efficient. No more than few seconds waiting to check in or out. The hotel has an excellent location, just minutes from Schiphol, with free shuttle to and from, and has an excellent view of the runway, a great plus for an aviation buff!
We missed out first schuttle choice in the morning. I would suggest that the hotel have a countdown clock in the breakfast room to help people stay on time for their shuttles.
The friendly staff, excellent location and very comfortable rooms make this hotel an excellent choice for people going into and out of Schiphol. There is easy access to Amsterdam by way of the free shuttle and train station at Schiphol. I found it very easy go into Amsterdam for dinner. The shuttle is quite large and comfortable, so you don't feel jammed in like you can with smaller shuttles. The breakfast is quite tasty, but I don't know about dinner, since I didn't use the dining room. All in all, I believe I got excellent value for the money.

Clean, modern, friendly staff with excellent English skills (some of them speak English better than Dutch!). The complimentary shuttle is a great asset.
No stores in or near the hotel if you forgot or wanted anything.
This was a wonderful stay! The staff was friendly, the room very modern, spacious, clean and comfortable. Food in the restaurant was a bit expensive but very good. I loved the shuttle. We only stayed one night between flights but if I wanted to see Amsterdam I would gladly stay here. One can take the complimentary shuttle to and from the airport as often as one likes and from there take a train into town or the surrounding areas. I needed an over the counter medication and found there is no provision in the hotel but was able to take the shuttle to and from the airport where there are lots of shops. I would highly recommend this hotel for both a brief stopover as well as a longer stay for sightseeing and attractions.
Hotel Feature Tip : The complimentary shuttle is your connection to the airport, Amsterdam and the entire surrounding area. It runs frequently and drops you almost at the steps down to the airport train station which will take you everywhere else.

Perhaps a wider food selection at the Bar.
This is a great Hotel, The food was great, the hostpitality of the staff at reception and at the bar was friendly. On a stressfull note I lost my cell phone on the bus, and it was found and returned me, I am very thankfull to the driver for this! You guys did a good job and I look forward to returning some time with my wife! Thanks you for a memorable stay, regards, Leon.
