nice location shame about the room
good location for visiting the dam from, scenic, possibly romantic for a young back packing couple

hotel staff and location were great, however badly let down by the room standard, heat in the hotel at night and the general feel, would be great if you are back packing on a budget and want to meet your neighbors, or hang out the window and share a joint with the folk in the next room! but as a hotel it didnt really do the job! I visited during a heat wave so maybe my heat complaint is a bit off, but it def wasnt helped by the cramp feel and thin walls!

Hotel is in good location, with easy access to main train station, and within reasonable walking distance to the main part of town where restaurants and shops are. The reception staff are helpful and accommodating of requests for assistance. I'd recommend the hotel to travellers to Hagen for brief visits.

L'hôtel est passablement défraichi et a nettement besoin de renovation. Accueil juste cordial. On ignore le client ou tourne la tête à son passage et ne le salue pas. J'ai eu une chambre avec une mauvaise odeur de renfermé. Le lavabo était à moitié bouché. Le lit fatigué.De plus la machine à encaisser les cartes de crédit était en panne toute la durée de mon séjour. Je n'avais pas assez de liquide pour payer la note et j'ai du insister pour que l'on relève les coordonnées de ma carte de crédit pour encaisser. Finalement on a sorti une ancienne machine "fer à repasser" pour le paiement qui a pu être fait.
Le petit déjeuner est correct et copieux, c'est le point positif.
