24 hours staffs. Good location, high celling, good breakfast, friendly and help ful staff. The price's quite high but it is fair to compare for convenince to go everywhere in town.

The location is great,close to most interesting spots in Amsterdam, with good communications. Some noise from the outside due to construction work close to the hotel, but this hotel is located next to a major road so some noise is to be expected. Rooms were rather small,but good. Good breakfast included. All in all this is a hotel with good value for money within its class.

i had a great stay at the rokin. staff were all friendly and informative. hotel condition was clean and neat in appearance. room was quite small but big enough for 1 person. hot water in the shower. best part was probably the location of the hotel, 2 minutes to dam square, 10 to rld, 2 to tram lines and shopping.

Rokin is nice hotel, located directly in heart of Amsterdam. Really comfy if you want see all important things from Amster. Also close Rokin is bike rent which I highly recommend, because is the best view on Amster is from bike saddle.
Breakfast room is little bit small, and full during breakfast, but food is very good. Rooms are good, but bathroom is old and we have problem with wash bowl. In reception you can use free internet which help to find everything you need.

Zentral gelegen, 2 minuten von shoppingmeile und damplatz. Zimmer leider nicht sehr sauber und haare und staub im zimmer, riesen Baustelle vor dem Hotel, ausschlafen bis 10 uhr nicht möglich, freundliches personal, ziemmlich kleine zimmer mit tv. Für eib weekend perfekt aber nicht länger.

Colazione completa e abbondante, pulizia delle camere discreta.
Consiglio vivamente per un soggiorno ad Amsterdam.
Ci è capitata la camera più in alto dalla parte del tipico gancio usato una volta per caricare le merci, molto caratteristico.
Le camere lato strada sono un pò rumorose ma sopportabili.
