A hotle with central loctation

This hotel is situated in the central market square, where you can visit historical land marks and nice resturants. It is a kind of old building, very classic in a way. However, I found the hotel room is out of date, small and dark. The room I stayed at the first night, it was so very small that the TV was facing wall instead of bed; the toillet paper container at the badroom was broken and I couldn't sit on the toillet becase it failed constantly on my face!! The tap at the sink was dripping, which gave a sound that gave me a bad night; moreover, my room (715) was in front of the maid station, thus, I was woke up by the maid since 6am!! I got a bad headache due to bad sleep, and I complaint to the reception; in the beginning, the receptionist told me that all the rooms are full, thus I told him that I am moving out from the hotel as I still have 2 nights to go....In the end, he gave me anothr room, which is a suit at another building. The room was big and with a whilpool in the badroom, but the room was full of dust, and I couldn't find the TV remote control; I called the reception, and they told me that they do not have a spare TV remote control, thus I have to wait until tomorrow. At the next day after I came back from my business meeting, I found the floor has not been vacumed, all the dusts and trashes (they were there when I arrived)remained on the floor!! The hotel was one of the most expensive hotel at Bergen Op Zoom, and I do not see it worth the money at all!!!!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Location is good, but you will hear the church clook in very hour. Try not to stay at the main building, it is very small and old; try the residant building.

Only stayed one night, but room was very nice. It is a very old building but there were lifts. At first it is not obvious how to get from one floor to the next, I had the room at the top of the building probably the last room in the hotel. The room was split in two levels and would have been nice for a romantic weekend.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you drive in it is quite difficult to find. I ended up going down a one way street the wrong way so be sure you get the right road. The car park is across the town square from the hotel and you have to buzz the hotel to go through one building to get to the hotel.
