Surprisingly comfortable. Good room heating (it was snowing).
Hotel Feature Tip:
Be wary of major conventions in the city... rates will double at these times. If your business is around the airport, great location. If in Amsterdam, downtown will be better.

Rooms was nice but bathroom was old

Shuttle bus was too small and just only one. At the night is difficult find the shuttle bus at the airport. And in the morning we must in the queue too long for waiting the shuttle bus>

Very lovely hotel with great location
i particularly love the room i stayed in, the interior was beautifully decorated

I loved the hotel, it is beautifully located with well organized staff. the breakfast was fantastic as well as the house keeping. i recommend this hotel for any one looking for luxury and relaxation.
Shopping Tip:
Primark is just some miles from the hotel, where good and affordable items can be purchased.

Proper hotel at proper location
location close to Schiphol

Location for traveller is prime pro of this hotel. Only 10 minutes by ( paid ) shuttle bus. Breakfast is sumptious, rooms quite nice.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
At this moment the Hermitage has a very nice exposition.

I checked in the hotel rather late and they took a long time to check-in because of the form they make you filled even when that was done during booking. To note this create queues even when there were at least 4 or 5 staffs processing check-in for guests. They failed to inform the rooms for smoking are filthy and old unlike what's featured on websites. I had to change my room to a non-smoking one which again took time to process.

An Amsterdam Hotel
Pick up from airport, so clean and very friendly staff.

The airport pick up was fast and the driver handled all the bags.The junior suite was fantastic and had everything you could need, the TV was easily explained and it had good magazines to read in the room.The staff made me feel very welcome even thought it was late at night. The room did not smell of smoke as hotel rooms often do.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The spa and the games room were very good and the staff spoke different languages.
