Hee K. Groups Malaysia, April 21, 2013	Comfortable and helpful staff Helpful staff. Big room. Close to old town. 7.7 Was told that hotel booking had been cancelled. Hotel front desk tried to contact other hotels to find available room. Finally after about 15mins we were given the same room. We're told that they made adjustment to room arrangement.

The hotel is modern and de room with 2 double beds spacious. Good bathroom. Everything was clean

Reception officers were very friendly eventhough I arrive hotel lately after midnight . Spacious room for 4 person , perfectly clean, quiet. Abundant breakfast. Hotel 's very close to place of visit . Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Leiden city is attractive place itself for family travel , relax , photograph . But maybe not if you love crowded ,funny ,sexy city like Amsterdam Try Madurodam by light for your family trip ,it's different from standard madurodam
