Fast and easy access
This hotel is located very close to the central station in Rotterdam. Room is clean. Staffs are kind. Most important point is high speed internet (about 50Mbps). You can see Youtube without delay.

I am totally satisfied with this hotel. The breakfast is not so good than I expected. It maybe that I expected too much for European breakfasts.

Friendly staff but the building itself smells bad

Located in front of Rotterdam central station and very convenient to take a walk.
Staff are all friendly and nice.
But the whole building smells bad and I needed to tolerate all the time. Also, room was really noisy and I couldn't sleep due to neighbor's phone conversation in a laud voice in the midnight.

staff was friendly and location is great........but the point we did not like would be no mention or notice about the snack and champagne provided in the room until one day after checking out..they did send us the sms about the details and we have left and the bill was set by credit card. We found this bit is a bit trick and ruined our image with them

Good location and well equipped hotel

Hotel is near to Rotterdam Centraal station so it is easier for solo traveller with a luggage. Hotel is not so far from city center and shopping areas. Travellers can go to visitor information center in a minute walk. Hotel is also clean and staff helpful.

The hotel was easy to find, very central, 5 minute walk from the train station.
The manager was extremely helpful and although it is a very busy area surrounded by several Chinese restaurant, there was a lot to see and plenty of places to eat.

the area is city-center, close to the train station. Perfect spot.
The room (single) wasn't super clean, small, no heating in the bathroom, staff not extremely helpful but ok.
This is overall ok to sleep, but I would personnaly come back there only there are no other better choices in the city.
