good location in downtown the rooms need renovation and maintenance The hotel has a good location in the center of the city, close to the museums and downtown attractions but also in walking distance to the main railway station. The room was small, one could not open the windows, the heating in the bathroom was out of order, the sheet had holes. Some of the rooms are quite far from the reception and can be reached only through small stairs. The staff is not particularly friendly

City Center.
Friendly.
Good Breakfast. Expensive Parking.
No aircondition in Old part of the hotel. Nice hotel near Rotterdam Central.
Clean rooms and friendly employees.
A lot of nice places are nearby for example the Willemsbrug over the maas.
The center is not far away and it is always possible do have a drinks in one of the nice pubs next to the hotel.

Close to Rotterdam Centraal Station
Nice staffs Good services with those nice staffs.
It is close to the Rotterdam Centraal Station (just 10-15 minutes walk)
The breakfast is nice too. I love the mini garden outside my bedroom too.
With all of these advantages, the price is really reasonable.

Location - 10 mins walk from railway station, with shopping centre around
Services - Nice staffs
Food - Good breakfast buffet with great variety A bit small for a triple room It's a nice stay for my trip at NL.
The hotel needs only 10 mins walk from Rotterdam Centraal Station. Moreover, there is a small shopping area near the hotel, which make things really convenient.
Their morning buffet breakfast is good with variety. If you are stay on Sunday, the breakfast time will be ended at 12:00noon.
The staffs are nice as well, keep smiling and give us the great services all the time. Which they are willing ans helpful on many questions regarding tourist information.
We would recommend this hotel for the stay in Rotterdam which cost at good offer compare with those great branded hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : There is shopping center near the hotel which consist of the shops and markets.
Normally the shops would close at 5pm except for Friday, which this is the "Night Market" day., those shops will open until 9pm to 10pm.
Also, every Tue and Sat, there is a market opens near Cubic House, which will selling food, fruits, flowers, etc.

In January/February I had to travel several times to Rotterdam. The Hotel is next to the business center of Rotterdam, so for me it was perfect to stay there.
The Hotel staff was very friendly and I enjoyed to stay there.
Restaurants a next to the location.
Over all a very good Hotel in Rotterdam.
