Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Breakfast, service, room, location
Reconstruction but that is necessary. No refrigerator in room
The hotel was located in a central location. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was very well equipped, with just about everything a person would want for breakfast. The room was nice but only had one chair. It also had no refrigerator which was needed to keep beverages cold. The television was new and well located.
Travel tip : There will be construction at this hotel for quite some time, so be prepared for noise during the week.

Good service; semi-convenient location
Dirty (mainly due to construction); noisy (mainly due to construction); cafeteria-like restaurant
It's hard to really find the good points about this hotel, as it was under construction when we went, however, the staff was friendly, and the location was pretty convenient, being a short walk from central station and from the main street in downtown Oslo.
The place is right beside the hostel, so booking online it's pretty easy to confuse the two. That being said, it's pretty basic, so it's only a step up from the hostel. I wouldn't rate this as a 3-star, though, as it had pretty much no creature comforts. It was about as bare-bones as I've seen a hotel get.
On a whole, it's a fine place to bunk down for the night, but not someplace you'd want to stay for any sort of extended stay.
