Internet did not work, either in the hotel room or at reception. Poorly cleaned.
A beautifully located hotel with a fantastic view of the Trondheim Fjord, quiet location despite proximity to the European route 6th Gracious welcome at login, but a bit worse treatment after complaints about the cleaning and the internet. We had no internet at all in hotel room, also had poor connection on the computer when hotmail pages and pages outside of Norway could not be reached. Cleanliness of the room was poor mainly shower / toilet was not properly cleaned. Bloody sanitary napkin left in the trash and poop stains left in the toilet rim.
