Great Hotel Close To Some Great Places to Eat.

Great hotel did not get an upgrade even with being a gold member of the hilton scheme. Back room view but room was clean and large with a nice bathroom. The breakfast cost 70 polish money and lots to pick from the pool was nice but little small staff ok but not friendly. Let us have a late check out which helped us.

Great hotel could not fault it in any way

This was the perfect choice of hotel for us. We stayed for a long weekend. It was so central for everything. The breakfast buffet was the most amazing one I have ever came across and the Hilton staff are a credit to them. Well done to ye! I will be back!

Spa facilities was terrible, with grumpy and rude staff. I will never set my foot in this hotel again.
Restaurant Tip:
Visit the restaurants at the river bank. Very good service and really good food. Try the sour soup and king prawns!

A nice hotel, with friendly staff.
The hotel is within walking distance to attractions.
We bought breakfast, it was good but a little pricey.
The cleaning of the room was not in the top class, had expected a bit more of a 5 star hotel.
The pool on the 5th floor was nice, with a great view of the river.
We will return to Gdansk, but are not sure if we will choose Hilton again.

As a family, we have spent almost one week in the hotel. Rooms were large and very comfortable, hotel staff spoke English. All staff was amazing,, especially the breakfast service. Location was great and overall we had a most amazing time. Thank you

Some of the staff were not very helpful initially and didn't go out of their way to assist us when we had questions or needed advice. Others were very helpful and friendly.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Parking in the hotel was very expensive. We parked in the street after 5.00 pm until 9.00 am in the morning without a problem. Found 100 zloty per day rather expensive in Polish terms.

Lovely stay at the hotel. The only negative about the hotel was that the bed was too hard for me and my husband. I stayed for 5 days and not all the days all the towels were replaced. 2 times a small towel and a wash cloth were missing.

Me and my husband has some nice days in Gdansk. The hotel is perfectly situated for strolls in and around Gdansk. We got a lovely big room on the topfloor. We were asked if we wanted to upgrade to a room with a view on the river - superb :) Breakfast very good - even serving champagne. We did not spend much time in the hotel. The prices in the hotel are the double of what you find in nearby restaurants. We will absolutely recommend the hotel to friends. The problem for me with a 5 star hotel is the connection with the staff - they are very professional but where is the cosiness.

Pueblo - a really nice restaurant in the old town
