Free laundry, close to main train station, friendly staff, clean room, free internet stations, free WiFi
I arrived at Krakow at 1.30am. Traveling alone, I was hesitant to hop onto a cab from the airport to the hostel at that hour. A staff supposedly called for a cab to pick me up. I was left waiting in the cold for over an hour, still no cab. I had to wait for the public transport to begin at 4am to find my way to the hostel, fortunately with the help of a kind stranger. Not a pleasant introduction at all.
