The room condition of the hotel is fantastic, very classy and clean, and it's not noisy because it's located not directly on the street. But the location is quite out of the way of the city center and you have to take a bus of 15 minutes. The staff is efficient but the guy at the desk was quite arrogant and gave me the wrong info when I asked him if I could buy a train ticket on credit card, he told me a categorical no, but in fact is was a big yes! He also told me he had no idea how long it would take from Krakow to the nearby Katowice since he always drove himself, like you wouldn't know you were talking to a hotel staff, really unprofessional attitude!
