I enjoy my star in this hotel. Room is tidy and clean. Staff is nice and helpful. The only thing i was not satisfied is the swimming room in which the water quality is not up to standard. Overall it is still a great hotel.

Staff extremely friendly and professional with excellent performance. Room clean and very comfortable. Location next to Palace of Culture and Warsaw central station with access to Zlote tarasy shopping centre.. Great place to stay in Warsaw and enjoy your time there with bit of relax in jazuzzi or swimming pool on 43rd floor..
Hotel Feature Tip:
You must go and have a swim in gym located on 43rd floor!

5 stars hotel, professional and friendly staff. nice, large rooms with the view at the city. we stayed there for the weekend and even though is a 20 min walk to the old town , we enjoyed our stay and in the future we will be back. the hotel is located in the center of Warsaw, in the front of Palace of Culture and next to the mall. If u know what part of city u want to explore, get a taxi, they aren't expensive. If u worry about ur safety , stay away from main train station and public transport.

the wellness centre on the 43th floor is marvellous - offers exactly what you need after a long day in warsaw - and the best panorama in city. but the hotel staff could be more customer focused - they have not read and absolutely disregarded my additional requests i submitted them during the booking process. i was asking for a room on a higher floor with view onto the palace of culture and science and instead was allocated a room on a lower floor looking to the another direction.

The hotel restaurants are excellent, with a live harpist playing during breakfast - very special. The breakfast buffet is extensive and quality of food superb.

Hotel Intercontinental has got to be the best hotel in warsaw. The swimming pool is the greatest draw and it did not fail to impress even after us seeing the photos online so many times before the trip. The view overlooks the palace of culture and science as well as the national stadium. The facilities were also great with pool, jacuzzi, steam bath, sauna and gym all inclusive. The food at breakfast is quite typical of europe but what stood out was the harp playing LIVE!
Enjoy the stay!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The concierge is really friendly and good. She told us how to get about Warsaw with buses and even told us the exact location and buses we could take!

perfect place if you want to go out 10's of clubs bars and restaurants all with in a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel very big shopping mall near buy and lots of restaurants.
