Breakfast, housekeeping, room
From the moment of my arrival I felt very welcomed and my reservation was there, receptionist was very polite and efficient. The hotel is very elegant and clean and staff is friendly, they always say hello in Polish. The room was very nice, everything worked fine and I liked the fact you can open the window. Just one thing I didn’t like – it didn’t have any safe in the room but you can leave your passport etc. at the reception. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice, very tasty indeed. Staff was a little over efficient, by the time I got back to my table with some more food they managed to re-set up my table :) Weekend was much more busy and it felt like they didn’t have enough waiters but it happens ever so often even in the best hotels. I have to mention that I was amazed by housekeeping; they always would manage to make up my room whilst I was downstairs having breakfast and they work very fast. Overall I was very pleased with the hotel and I could not believe that you can have this kind of facilities for such a low price. I will definitely stay with them in the future.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Pick up one of the free guides on Warsaw at the reception and you’ll find many tips and great places to explore, written by locals and expats.

Excellent service, nice size room, good breakfast, Internet access in my room
I spent one night in this hotel for business purposes and it was an excellent experience. It is a high class, service oriented hotel, allowing me to optimally prepare for the business meeting I was attending.

Hotel is situated along one of the most important directions of traffic via Jerusalem (Al Jerozalimskie), about one km from Warsaw Central Station (Warszawa Centralna), the Palace of Culture (Palac Kultury Nauki) and the area of the neighboring shopping center. Around 1.5 km you will find the Royal Castle (Zamek Krolewski) and the old city and its attractions, including the Market Square (Rineke Starego Miasta), the Cathedral, the walls with Barbakan, etc.. So great location within the city. The hotel offers all modern comforts and Service, even if we do not have fully benefited because of the fact that we decided to visit Warsaw. But I must mention the restaurant which we have enjoyed several times for lunch and dinner, as well as every morning for breakfast, the service has always been impeccable, and excellent food choice, breakfast buffet very varied and of excellent quality. Our standard room was spacious and bright, with moderate furnishings complete with table and chairs, desk, closet, TV, minibar fridge full of good supply. The service toilet was spacious, with bath / shower, good hygiene and sanitary equipment, supplied courtesy of necessrio service and quality towels and an appropriate number, including hairdryer. shoehorn, polish shoes, etc.. The hotel has 4 lifts and therefore we never had to wait. Cleaning and tidying the room was perfect and on time. Courteous and helpful reception staff and all ns. request has been fulfilled.
The room was not equipped with safe. However, a hotel that I advise.
Internet service was available, too bad it was paid, even if the cost was not excessive.
Hotel Feature Tip : If you come from, I suggest you take the bus No. 175 which stops outside the hotel, but taxis are not very expensive.
